Underage gambling is illegal. cataya strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds deposited or winnings accrued will be forfeited without recourse. cataya may report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.
By registering an account on cataya, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. cataya reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established.

3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the cataya Platform. 3.4 Right to Refuse Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cataya login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access your cataya account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your cataya account, whether or not you authorized such activity. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach affecting your cataya credentials, you must notify cataya immediately via our support channels.
cataya will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any such request purporting to come from cataya should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

5.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your cataya account balance instantly upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 5–30 minutes to process depending on banking system conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations for the relevant network.
5.3 Deposit Restrictions
All funds deposited into your cataya account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. cataya reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified or where there is a reasonable suspicion of financial crime, including money laundering.
cataya does not accept deposits made with credit cards. Deposits must be funded from legitimately held personal funds.
6.1 KYC Requirement
All withdrawal requests on cataya require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3 of these Terms. cataya will not process any withdrawal until KYC verification has been completed to cataya's reasonable satisfaction.
6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times
cataya aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya). Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 banking business days. VIP Gold and Diamond tier members benefit from expedited withdrawal processing as described in cataya's VIP program terms.
6.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method
Wherever operationally possible, cataya will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. cataya reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to alternative payment methods.
6.4 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the withdrawal interface. cataya reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments over a period of time at its discretion, particularly for accounts without established withdrawal history.
6.5 Dormant Account Balances
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, no gameplay, no deposit, no withdrawal) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. cataya reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable regulations and to notify the account holder prior to doing so.

7.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonuses credited to your cataya account are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion-specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed using real-money funds and bonus funds in equal proportion, or as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the eligible account holder only. 7.3 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

7.4 Game Contribution to Wagering
Not all games on the cataya Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value; live casino table games and certain other categories may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in individual promotion terms.

8.1 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, cataya reserves the right to void the relevant game round and refund the applicable stake to the player's account balance. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may be voided at cataya's discretion. cataya will investigate all malfunction reports promptly and fairly.
8.2 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets
A bet is not accepted until cataya's system has issued a confirmation of the bet. cataya reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at clearly incorrect odds (palpable error), or placed in circumstances that cataya reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of a system error or technical malfunction.
8.3 RNG Certification
All Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on cataya are supplied by certified software partners whose RNG systems are independently audited and certified. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cataya's liability for death or personal injury caused by cataya's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
cataya's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cataya account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cataya collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at cataya.one/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on cataya, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.
cataya collects personal data including but not limited to: name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, payment method details, device and connection information, and gameplay records. cataya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed by cataya for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verifiable account balance remaining after deducting applicable bonuses, pending bets, and processing fees will be returned to the account holder via their verified payment method following completion of any required verification.
Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct, cataya reserves the right to retain the entire account balance pending investigation and to forfeit such balance if the breach is confirmed.
cataya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cataya will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by posting the updated Terms on the cataya website with a revised effective date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.1 Internal Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising between you and cataya in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, you should first contact cataya's customer support team to seek resolution. cataya will endeavor to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt.
16.2 Regulatory Escalation
If a dispute cannot be resolved through cataya's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, as the relevant regulatory authority overseeing cataya's operations. cataya will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or inquiry.
16.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to the dispute resolution procedure above, you and cataya agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms.
